By Jay Lee, Houston Chronicle Sep. 5--Q: I want to select Yahoo e-mail as my default e-mail service for Internet Explorer. I know I have done this before, but cannot seem to accomplish it now. I have even been on an extended e-mail conversation with Yahoo support to no avail.
